“Due to the due process required for the finalization of the procedures under point 10.4 of the Invitation for Auditors for the Romanian Balance Sheet Review in regards to specific undertakings, the final list with the allocation of the auditors for all the participating undertakings is scheduled for publication on November 26, 2020.
As a result, the timelines announced for the Romanian Balance Sheet Review were adjusted and the blueprints provided for in section 8.1 of the Invitation for Auditors for the Romanian Balance Sheet Review can be submitted until December 10, 2020. The auditors’ reviews shall take place between January 4, 2021 – April 5, 2021 with final reports to be submitted until 05 April 2021.”
